How Auto Transfer Kit works?

This Auto Start/Off  & Transfer Kit is designed to automatically transfer your electrical load between WAPDA (utility power) and Generator during power outages. As soon as the main supply fails, the ATS panel instantly shifts the load to the generator, ensuring uninterrupted power for homes, shops, offices, and industrial setups.

When utility power returns, it switches the load back to the grid and shuts down the generator.

  • Detects power failure: The kit continuously monitors the main power supply (utility/Wapda).

  • Starts the generator: If a failure is detected, it triggers the generator to start.

  • Transfers the load: Once the generator is running at the correct voltage, the ATS panel automatically switches the load (like your home’s circuits) from the failed utility source to the generator source.

  • Detects power return: The system monitors the utility power and, when it stabilizes, it switches the load back to the utility source.

  • Shuts down the generator: After switching back to the utility, it provides a cool-down period for the generator before shutting it down.

Key features of ATS kits :

  • Integrated Ic -based intelligence: Controls the entire process with precise timing.

  • Adjustable times: Allows you to set the time for the generator to start, the transfer to the generator, and the cool-down/shut-down sequence.

  • Built-in relays: Components like relays for the fuel, generator, and utility are included.

  • Visual indicators: LEDs show the status of the power sources (Wapda/Generator) and the system’s operational status.

  • Safety features: Includes protection against electrical faults.
